Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism as a Behavior Technician/RBT. Roles include collecting and recording behavioral data, supporting client progress, and helping children develop essential life skills through play and structured activities. On-site travel to client homes is required; bilingual Spanish-English is strongly preferred and may earn premium pay. On-the-job training for RBT certification is provided, with potential 401(k) and paid time off benefits, plus bonuses and a clear career launch path. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
