Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in client homes and community settings, using play, patience, and ABA techniques to teach real-life skills; collect and record data on client behavior and progress; maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff; help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills; position includes bilingual premium pay for sessions requiring Spanish/English language skills and a pathway to RBT certification (training paid on the job); opportunities for career growth through launch milestones, bonuses, and promotions; must be available for part-time weekday shifts (example windows provided) and have reliable transportation to travel to client homes; prior experience in nanny, paraprofessional, teaching, CNA, caregiving, or related fields is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
- Ability to provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
