Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play and evidence-based techniques to teach real-life skills; collect and record client data, support parents and caregivers, and help clients develop daily living and social skills. Compensation includes $20.00-$24.50 per hour with bilingual premium for Spanish-speaking sessions, paid RBT certification on the job, travel reimbursement, and benefits. Training and career development opportunities are offered, with part-time shifts available at client homes in Canyon Country, CA. Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred; 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs is valued. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
- Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness and ability to learn data collection software
- Willingness to participate in paid RBT Certification on the job training
- Ability to provide one-on-one support and implement ABA strategies
- Capable of collecting and recording client data and progress
- Commitment to creating a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
- Experience or study in psychology, social work, or related fields is advantageous
- Ability to move/get up and down off the floor frequently to work with clients
- Entry-level to experienced candidates welcome
- No experience required for certification path
- Ability to work in part-time shifts (various schedules)
