Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to children with autism using ABA techniques; collect and record data on client behavior and progress; help develop essential life skills through play and structured activities; maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff; opportunities for paid RBT certification and career advancement; bilingual abilities eligible for premium pay; paid training and benefits (drive time/mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, PTO, CPR and safety training, and more) across part-time shifts in the listed hours; prior experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred, but training is available.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Ability to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
- Willingness to obtain RBT Certification (on-the-job training provided)
- Interest in ABA therapy and working with children with autism spectrum disorder
