Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in client homes; collect and record data on client behavior and progress; help develop essential life skills (motor, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social-emotional skills); support a calm, safe environment; travel to client homes and other locations with reliable transportation; opportunities for on-the-job training and certification (RBT) with wage increases for certification; part-time shifts with morning/afternoon options. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs
- A heart for helping kids
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Tech savviness to use data collection software and basic office software
