Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism using playful, patient approaches; collect and record data on client behavior and progress; support development of life skills (motor, daily living, potty training, social/emotional); travel to client homes for in-home sessions; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; part-time shifts available with premium bilingual pay and on-the-job RBT certification support. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
- Willingness to participate in RBT certification training and certification process
- Must have availability Monday – Friday within listed time windows
- Ability to provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
