Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA-based instruction to children with autism spectrum disorder, using play and data-driven techniques to teach real-life skills. Support may include motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff. Obtain and record behavior data to track progress, and participate in on-the-job training for RBT responsibilities. Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred and may qualify for premium pay. Eligible for paid RBT certification, benefits, and company pathways for growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
