Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one support for clients with autism spectrum disorder using play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills including motor, hygiene, and social abilities. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Move quickly and frequently off the floor to facilitate active learning. Available for variable part-time shifts between 9:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate of $18.00 to $24.00. Paid RBT certification training is provided for those without prior experience, alongside benefits like paid time off, 401(k) matching, and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must have availability 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
