Job Summary
Behavior Technician / RBT role offering part-time shifts with bilingual premium pay for Spanish/English sessions. Responsibilities include using play and ABA-based strategies to teach real-life skills, providing one-on-one support to children with autism, collecting and recording behavior data, and helping clients develop skills such as motor, daily living, and social-emotional competencies. Position supports on-the-job training for RBT certification, paid certificate pursuit, and benefits including PTO, 401(k) match, and mileage reimbursement. Strong preference for bilingual candidates; candidate must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes and various locations. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification (on-the-job training available)
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Ability to collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Ability to provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to maintain safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
