Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using play and structured activities to teach real-life skills; collect and record data on client behavior and progress; support clients with in-home sessions and center-based activities; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred and eligible for a premium pay. Part-time shifts available with fixed daytime hours (various M-F options). Paid RBT certification with on-the-job training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including 401(k) match and PTO. Requires reliable transportation and ability to engage and support children across settings.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
- Willingness to complete RBT certification (paid by employer)
