Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder using play and patience to teach real-life skills; collect and record data on client behavior and progress; help develop essential life skills (motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills); maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff; and use data collection software while traveling to client homes. Requires 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs and preferably bilingual Spanish-English. Paid RBT certification available on employer assistance, with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement; flexible part-time shifts with weekend availability not required. Strong communication, reliability, and a calm, energetic approach to support kids and families.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
