Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in client homes, using play and structured activities to develop life skills, motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, social and emotional skills. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress. Maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff. Opportunity for bilingual premium pay (Spanish/English) and bonus based on experience; on-the-job training for RBT certification with paid training and reimbursement for travel.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Must have availability Mon-Fri: 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 12:00pm-7:00pm, or 3:00pm-7:00pm
- Willingness to pursue RBT certification (paid on the job)
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness to use data collection software
