Job Summary
Behavior Technician / RBT needed to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in client homes in the San Bernardino, CA area. Responsibilities include using play and ABA techniques to teach real-life skills, collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting children with essential life skills (motor, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills). On-the-job training for RBT certification is offered; bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are strongly preferred and may earn an additional premium pay of $1/hour for bilingual sessions. Part-time shifts available (various 8am–7pm windows). Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- willingness to obtain RBT certification
- fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
