Job Summary
Make a difference in the life of a child by providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Use play, patience, and data collection to teach real-life skills, support development of essential life skills (motor, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills), and maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff. Role involves traveling to client homes with reliable transportation and may include bilingual sessions (Spanish/English) with bilingual premium pay. Training on the job is provided, with on-going opportunities for certification and career advancement. Requires 6+ months of relevant experience; on-site, part-time shifts are available, and opportunities for certification reimbursement and benefits like PTO, 401(k) matching, and mileage reimbursement are offered. Fluency in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
