Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism using play and behavioral techniques; collect and record data on client behavior and progress; support the development of essential life skills; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred; on-the-job training with opportunity to earn RBT certification; part-time shifts with multiple daily time windows; incentives include premium pay for bilingual sessions, bonus opportunities based on experience, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) match, PTO, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Ability to travel to client homes for one-on-one ABA therapy sessions
- Paid RBT Certification available on the job and organization will help obtain it
