Job Summary
Behavior Technician / RBT role providing one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism in client homes. Responsibilities include using play and ABA techniques to teach real-life skills, collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress, maintaining a safe and respectful environment, and helping develop motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills. Requires 6+ months of experience with children or adults with special needs; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. On-the-job training available with paid RBT certification and reimbursement for drive time/mileage. Part-time shifts available (e.g., various daytime windows). Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English or another language to earn premium pay (optional)
