Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one support for children with autism spectrum disorder using play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Assist with essential life skills including motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, and social development. Get up and down off the floor often and move quickly to meet client needs. Work variable part-time shifts between 9:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a $18.00–$24.00 hourly rate and paid RBT certification training.
Required Qualifications
- Must have availability 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
