Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in client homes, using play and data collection to teach real-life skills. Role involves supporting the child’s development of motor, daily living, social and emotional skills; staying calm and patient; traveling to client locations; and learning to use data software. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred with a premium pay of $1.00/hour for bilingual-required sessions. On-the-job training available for RBT certification. Part-time shifts available with competitive hourly pay ($20.00-$24.50/hour) plus benefits such as 401(k) match, PTO, training, and mileage reimbursement. Previous experience in nanny, caregiving, or educational support is valued; no experience required to start with paid certification support.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs
- Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
- Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
- Paid RBT Certification - No experience necessary, we will help you get trained on the job!
- Must have one of these availabilities, Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, or 9:00am-6:00pm, or 12:00pm-7:00pm, or 3:00pm-7:00pm.
