Job Summary
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans, teach communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills, collect session data, and maintain thorough documentation. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Experience as an RBT/Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist preferred
- RBT training provided for qualified candidates
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
