Job Summary
We are urgently hiring Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide 1:1 support for a young adult male with behavioral concerns. Key responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention strategies, ensuring client safety, accurately documenting session notes, and collaborating with the clinical team. Candidates must hold RBT certification or have strong experience in behavior support, with the ability to manage high-intensity behaviors while remaining reliable and patient.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention
- Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely
- Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes
- Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)
