Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy to children with autism; collect data on client progress; keep detailed records of client progress, session notes, and observed changes; implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA; collaborate with therapy team and families; respond to client and supervisor needs; maintain clear communication with families and supervisors; typical work hours range from 10-25 per week; flexible schedules with after-school and weekend availability; opportunities for ABA training and pursuing RBT certification; NJ pay range $18-$26 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field
- Ability to deliver one-on-one in-home or community-based ABA therapy
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws
