Behavior Technician (Part Time Leading to Full Time)

Job Summary
Implement individualized skill-building programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and collect behavioral data every session to track client progress. Work with clients through structured activities and play while communicating with the clinical team and families you serve. Maintain a clean and organized therapy space between sessions. Available Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM with no evenings or weekends. Requires a valid CA driver's license, reliable transportation, and completion of CA LiveScan, background check, TB test, and immunizations. Must be able to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs. RBT certification is provided if needed, with a clear career path from RBT to Program Manager and BCBA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients)
- Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM
- Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
- Cleared TB test and completed immunizations
- Able to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs
- RBT certification (we'll cover training and certification if you don't have it)
- Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities
