Job Summary
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability while facilitating teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and targeted treatment goals. Track client progress and program data, and provide adequate feedback regarding progress to a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst supervisor. Adhere to company policy, confidentiality, and patient information safeguards. Requires Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, Bachelor's Degree, two years of experience, and a valid driver's license. Available Monday through Friday between 12:00pm and 8:30pm for 2-5 hours daily. SpringHealth delivers holistic, integrated care for individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

Desired Qualifications
