Job Summary
Behavior Technician for in-home ABA services (Part Time). Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA, observe and document client progress, manage challenging behaviors, and support clients in acquiring academic and life skills. Communicate professionally with parents and the treatment team, perform data collection and daily paperwork, maintain client confidentiality, and participate in ongoing training. Work 10-20 hours per week, with sessions typically 3-7pm, in a part-time role with opportunities for growth toward RBT or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst credentials.
