Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst while observing, recording, and reporting on client progress daily. Manage challenging behaviors and apply behavioral principles consistently to assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills. Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, and the treatment team, while completing daily paperwork and data collection notes through an online database. Maintain confidentiality, follow company policies, and participate in continuous training programs. Work weekdays 3-7pm in natural environments, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs, as part of a team serving families affected by autism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification if already obtained
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
- Tablet or Laptop computer
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to maintain various postures for extended periods
