Job Summary
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst while observing, recording, and reporting on client progress daily. Manage challenging behaviors and apply behavioral principles consistently during interactions to assist clients in acquiring academic and life skills. Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, and clients while functioning as an active member of the treatment team. Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes accurately through our online database and actively participate in continuous training programs. Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow company policies while working in natural environments. Requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and a tablet or laptop for use during sessions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
- Must have a Tablet or Laptop computer to use during sessions (not just a smart phone)
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to maintain various postures for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification if already obtained
- Prior experience with children
- Interest in ongoing development
