Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA-based behavioral interventions to children with autism; collect data, implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and communicate with the treatment team. Maintain fidelity to established behavioral intervention plans; engage in professional development, report weekly on successes and concerns, and support families while upholding respectful, client-centered care. This role requires flexible scheduling (evenings, mornings, and some weekends) and a strong interest in working with children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities include data collection, following prescribed protocols, and collaborating with the Autism Specialist/Case Manager to ensure effective treatment delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid ID
- reliable transportation
- appropriate auto insurance
- pass criminal background checks
- Obtain the RBT credential within 3 months of hire
- interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, caregivers, and team
- flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, 8am-8pm, some weekends
