Job Summary
Implement individualized skill-building programs designed by BCBA; collect behavioral data every session to track progress; work with clients through structured activities and play; communicate with your clinical team and the families you serve; keep the therapy space clean and organized; position yourself to contribute to person-centered care. Requires CA LiveScan and background check, TB/immunizations, lifting up to 50 lbs, and availability 12:30–6:30 PM; RBT certification (training included) or prior RBT certification; valid CA driver’s license with reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients). Career path includes progression to Program Manager and BCBA roles; compensation $23–$30/hr plus paid certification training and drive time/mileage. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients)
- Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM
- Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
- Cleared TB test and completed immunizations
- Able to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs
- RBT certification (training and certification provided if not already held)
- Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities
