BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN- Parsippany Learning Center

Conduct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under direct BCBA supervision. Deliver skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, adaptive, and academic behaviors while applying behavior reduction protocols and providing reinforcement, prompting, and other ABA techniques. Accurately record client progress using electronic data collection systems and assist with skill generalization across environments, people, and settings. Maintain professional conduct, ensure client health and safety, and participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team.
