Behavior Technician

Implement treatment plan goals and follow behavior protocols one on one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction, write detailed session notes, and assist clients with toileting and meal preparation. Lead small group sessions when needed and prepare materials for therapy sessions. This part-time role at Paramount Children's Therapy Center in Bridgeport may convert to full-time; candidates receive RBT certification bonuses, bi-annual professional development, and monthly performance incentives.
