Job Summary
Behavior Technician in Training role for ABA/BPS services. Participate in structured training, shadowing, and role-play to develop ABA skills; implement individualized treatment plans under a BCBA; teach communication, social, and daily living skills to clients; collect and record client data accurately; collaborate with caregivers and clinical supervisors; prepare for RBT certification through guided learning and competency assessments; after certification, transition into full RBT roles with expanded responsibilities and higher pay. Compensation includes RBT Pay Range of $22–$26/hour after certification and paid training with milestones; full-time minimum 30 hours/week (part-time options also available). Location: Ogden, UT. Benefits include retirement contribution match, stipends, holidays, PTO, paid parental leave, and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Willingness to complete RBT certification (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Ability to pass a background check
