Job Summary
Behavior Technician duties include providing 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, implementing evidence-based positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, documenting session data to support treatment goals, collaborating with families and supervisors to create supportive environments, and following crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting. The role offers paid orientation with fully paid training and certification, opportunities for part-time schedules (2-, 3-, or 5-day weeks), potential additional hours on Saturdays, and a pathway to BCBA through a clinical ladder. Required Qualifications
