Job Summary
Behavior Technician provides evidence-based support to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play, games, and structured sessions. The role can be conducted at a child’s home, at one of our centers, or in the community, following personalized plans designed by clinical leaders. Paid training and tuition reimbursement are provided, with a flexible, school-year–aligned schedule and a clear career pathway. No prior experience required as training and coaching are included, and growth milestones are mapped out as you develop through the role. Key duties include applying play-based strategies to promote skill development and collaborating with a team to support diverse learners in both special and general education settings.
