Job Summary
Behavior Technicians at Orchid Academy are expected to implement teaching programs, ensure children's safety and engagement, manage positive client behavior, and accurately record data using digital tools. Candidates should be team-oriented, creative, and reliable, with a high school education required. Experience working with children ages 2-10 and the ability to lift 50 lbs are essential. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with or teaching children ages 2-10 years old
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Fluent in use of an ipad or chrome book
- Access to reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- A Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) or RBT license
- A BA or AA in Early Child or Elementary Education, Psychology, Social Work or other related fields
- At least 12 months experience in a role working in ABA with children ages 2-10 years
- Experience using online platforms to enter data and notes
