Job Summary
Provide behavior intervention services in homes and schools for children ages birth to 18 with varying disabilities. Implement behavior treatment and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Collect data, run DTT and NET programs, and provide ongoing parent and teacher training. Attend team meetings, collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, and complete accurate therapeutic treatment notes while strictly following BACB guidelines. This role supports a nurturing environment for clients across the San Fernando Valley, Tarzana, and Valencia locations, with flexible part-time, full-time, or on-call schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or enrollment in a BA program
- 1-2 years related experience working with children with special needs
- working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- experience working with children with special needs
- Must be able to pass a background check
- reliable car
- proof of auto insurance
- valid driver's license
- Proof of immunization records
- TB test required
