Job Summary
DirectClientSupport: Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA; teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills; use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors; implement behavior-reduction plans; collect accurate data on client progress; prepare materials for sessions; maintain session notes and documentation; track skill acquisition and behavior trends using data-collection software; collaborate with supervising BCBAs; participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision; provide feedback to caregivers under BCBA guidance; follow BACB ethics and confidentiality in professional conduct; center-based therapy for children 2-18 years old; opportunity to train and support BT to become an RBT; position is full-day, summer-only; Paramus, NJ location.
