Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA to teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills. Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors and apply behavior-reduction plans for challenging behaviors. Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress and maintain detailed session notes according to company and insurance standards. Prepare materials for therapy sessions and track skill acquisition using data-collection software. Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs, participate in team meetings and supervision, and provide feedback to caregivers under guidance. Follow BACB ethical guidelines and uphold client confidentiality.
