Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA to teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills while using reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors and address challenging behaviors. Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress and prepare materials needed for therapy sessions. Maintain detailed session notes and documentation according to company and insurance standards, tracking skill acquisition and behavior trends using data-collection software. Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs about client progress and challenges, participate in team meetings and supervision sessions, and provide feedback to caregivers when appropriate. Follow ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and uphold client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
