Job Summary
Implement clients' behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and deliver ABA-based instruction to promote new skills. Monitor client behavior, collect data, and report findings to the supervising BCBA while collaborating with families to support meaningful changes. Work in applied settings with evening and late evening availability, requiring a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. The role offers high-quality supervision for BCBA credential pursuit, RBT training with a $100 bonus, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or a GED
- 24 months of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transitional age youth or families
- An associates degree or higher in either a human, social, or educational services discipline
- A degree or certification related to behavior management from an accredited community college or educational institution
- 12 months experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transitional age youth, or families
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Required availability after school, evening and late evening hours
- Valid driver's license

- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone
