Job Summary
Implement Behavior Plans by following individualized behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBA. Utilize behavior-analytic strategies such as Discrete Trial Training, Naturalistic Teaching, and Reinforcement Techniques to support clients while accurately tracking progress and submitting session notes. Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to encourage skill development, manage challenging behaviors according to individualized plans, and collaborate closely with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and participate in required training and continuing education. Work Monday to Friday with weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Bilingual, Spanish speaking
