Job Summary
Support children with autism through early intervention programs by implementing therapy plans and behavior strategies. Teach skills for communication, self-care, and social interaction while helping manage behaviors and supporting transitions to school settings. Work Monday through Friday during daytime hours with a supportive team making a real impact. Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health discipline or hold a master's degree in a mental health field
- Obtained a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields and have 6,000 hours of paid/clinical experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services
- Enrolled in OR hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy)
- Hold an associate's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development or related fields (mental health, special education, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy) and at least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (including but not limited to experience as a DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)
- Possess a high school diploma (or GED) and have 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (equivalent to 2 years of full-time experience, including but not limited to experience as a DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)
- Fluent in a non-English speaking language or certified by a tribal nation
