Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision to clients with ASD in homes, schools, and treatment centers; assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA; accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress; support families in implementing plans; maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors; respond promptly to needs; complete assigned tasks; part-time evening schedule (Mon-Fri 5:00pm–8:00pm) in Bayonne, NJ; RBT certification or pursuing certification within 90 days; high school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; must have reliable transportation to travel to client locations; relevant experience with ASD and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; onboarding includes training resources and potential credential opportunities (RBT certification, BCBA readiness courses).
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification or willing to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
- Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children with ASD
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
