Job Summary
Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of a BCBA while incorporating sensory activities like arts, crafts, and games into sessions. Create and prepare client materials, record data into the Central Reach program, and write detailed SOAP notes. Convert appointments into billing within 24 hours and perform cleaning duties. Attend weekly team meetings with the BCBA, monthly performance goal meetings with the CEO, and quarterly in-service training. Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm. We provide hands-on training and cover the cost of your 40-hour certification course to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
