Job Summary
Behavior Technician role supporting children with autism in 1:1 ABA-based sessions, in-home or MeBe Learning Center clinics. You will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills, follow treatment plans developed by BCBA/BCBA-Ds, relay progress to BCBA teams, accurately record data in Central Reach, clock in/out per regulatory requirements, maintain organized workspace, assist with meals and breaks, and collaborate with families and supervisors. Training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provided with paid two-week program; ongoing mentoring from clinical staff and supervision; part-time schedule with Monday–Friday availability; pay ranges from $22–$27/hour depending on experience; opportunities for continuing education and career growth within MeBe Family.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
- TRICARE certification is preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/BLS certification before working with clients
- Ability to work with computers
