Job Summary
Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting for children with autism; follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs; relay progress to BCBA; record behavior analyses in Central Reach; clock in/out per ABA requirements; assist with lunch/bathroom/diaper tasks; maintain professional boundaries with families; collaborate with Site Director and Supervisors; participate in paid training to become an RBT; support with data collection and documentation; ensure safe, organized workplace and uphold MeBe culture; schedule consistency Monday through Friday; must be 18+, own transportation, and have a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification preferred; must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background check required
- Must be able to pass background checks and health/safety screenings
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to working with clients)
- Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with data entry and Central Reach (or willingness to learn)
