Job Summary
Behavior Technician role delivering ABA-based, 1:1 support to children with autism in home or MeBe Learning Center. Duties include teaching and nurturing behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills; implementing treatment plans developed by BCBAs; recording progress in Central Reach; clocking in/out and submitting session notes in accordance with ABA and insurance regulations; maintaining a safe, organized workplace; supporting families and building positive relationships; and collaborating with Supervisors to inform treatment planning. Requirements include consistent Monday–Friday availability (part-time shifts), age 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to pursue or obtain RBT certification (MeBe supports training and passing the RBT exam). Preferred qualifications include TRICARE certification, background in child care/education, and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications. The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, strong communication, and adherence to professional boundaries and company culture.
