Job Summary
The Behavior Health Technician Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a residential behavioral health program for boys aged 13-17, ensuring implementation of the clinical model, staffing coverage, active treatment program planning, and program compliance. Provides direct supervision of staff to ensure delivery of quality services. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field, 3+ years of experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license with insurability. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating staffing, guiding treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to screening and safety requirements within a residential setting. The role is based in Pensacola, FL, with compensation between $20.2255 and $21.8558 per hour, and includes equal opportunity employment terms and mandatory background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or related human services field
- At least three (3) years’ experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children
- Two (2) years’ supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to pass background screenings
- Drug free workplace
- A Level II background screening required
