Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by directly executing skill-building care plans and recording session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with families and BCBA supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness. Requires a high school diploma, willingness to learn, and completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. All positions begin part-time with flexible afternoon or evening shifts, requiring a minimum six-month commitment. No prior ABA experience is necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
