Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients with autism, implementing evidence-based interventions and skill-building care plans in home or community-based settings. Accurately record session data using electronic devices while fostering a positive learning environment and collaborating with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. This entry-level role requires no prior experience but demands patience, compassion, and reliable transportation. Positions are part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours available, suitable for college students or those seeking a career transition into psychology. Spanish language ability is preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Able to communicate comfortably in Spanish
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
