Behavior Technician - Long Branch, NJ (Spanish preferred)

Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Implement skill-building care plans, record session data accurately, and foster a positive learning environment while collaborating with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Provide these services in clients' homes or community-based locations as part of a clinical team, with all positions starting part-time and requiring a minimum six-month commitment. No prior experience is required; Spanish language skills are preferred.

Desired Qualifications
- Able to communicate comfortably in Spanish
- Experience in Education or early childhood development
- Experience in Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
- Experience in After-school programs or camp counseling
- Experience in Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
- Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course
